Phi Epsilon Chi Fraternity (ΦEX) (Spanish) Fi Epsilon Cai is commonly known as La Phi Epsilon, is a Puerto Rican fraternity established at originally University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez with the name Fraternidad De Estudiantes Cristianos on September 26, 1943 by 2 woman and 7 students of University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez.[1]

History

Phi Epsilon Chi was founded on September 26, 1943 by 2 women and 7 students at University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. The founders members are Bishop Dra. Myriam Visot RIP and Celia Pérez Folch. The seven students were: Carlos A. Flores Pagán, Pármenas E. Amaro Figueroa, Julio Hernández Fragoso, Alvaro Morales, José A. Pagán , Erving Flores Rodriguez (RIP) and Ralph Dick Rovira (RIP).

Organization

The fraternity is composed of student chapters "Capitulos", Zones (Spanish) Zonas and Great Policy (Spanish) Gran Directiva.
